Andrew Greenspan

Principal

Andrew Greenspan graduated from Hamilton College, cum laude, in 1982 and received a Masters of Science in Management from the Sloan School at M.I.T. in 1985. After school he began his career as a computer/finance analyst at the Robert Martin Company, becoming a leasing associate in 1986. In 1989 he was made vice president of leasing and became an equity partner in Robert Martin Company in 1993. In 1997, Robert Martin merged with Cali Realty. Mr. Greenspan was responsible for major leases and acquisitions in Rockland, Westchester and Fairfield counties. In 1998, Cali Realty became Mack-Cali Realty; Mr. Greenspan was vice president of acquisitions responsible for acquisitions in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, as well as various large, managed office projects nationwide. In 1999, he resigned as an officer of Mack-Cali Realty to form a joint venture with Houlihan-Parnes. The new company is GHP Office Realty, LLC. GHP specializes in the leasing and management of office, flex, and industrial properties within the suburban tri-state environs. Equity is provided from its own account and from private placements. iCap Realty Advisors of White Plains, New York supplies and/or places the debt financing.

Jamie Schwartz

Executive Vice President

Jamie Schwartz holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Jamie was previously counsel to Saretsky, Katz, Dranoff and Glass, a New York City law firm. Prior to that, he was a principal of an entertainment and marketing company and vice president of a major record label. He began his career in real estate as in-house counsel at Robert Martin Company, who owned, managed & leased over 8 million sf of office and flex space in the tristate area. Jamie’s responsibilities include overseeing the leasing, management and construction of GHP’s portfolio as well as identifying and acquiring new properties.

Michael Cinicolo

Vice President / Property Management

Michael Cinicolo was previously responsible for managing nine office properties in Great Neck, Roslyn and Garden City, New York. Prior to joining GHP Office Realty in 2005, Cinicolo was property manager for Cushman and Wakefield in White Plains. His prior experience includes running corporate facilities for companies such as Nine West Group and Philip Morris.

His responsibilities now include the management of the physical plants of all GHP office buildings including Westchester County in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey in addition to Long Island. Additionally, Mike will work with the construction management team to provide oversight on capital and tenant improvement projects throughout the commercial office portfolio and, tenant retention and the increase in property values.

Property managers, office staff, and building engineers (28 people in total) assist Mike in running GHP's portfolio.

Mike brings a new level of expertise to ensure that the buildings are managed to the expectations of management and our tenants.

Patrick Harris

Managing Director

Patrick Harris is a 1979 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a 1990 graduate of Fordham University with a masters degree in Human Resource Development. He spent over 16 years on active duty in the Army with assignments in the United States and a tour of duty in Germany. His final assignment was at West Point in the Department of Admissions and the Department of Physical Education. Upon retiring from the Army, he remained at West Point for 7 years as an assistant and then as the head basketball coach. This June, he joined Houlihan Parnes Realtors as a salesperson. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of New York and assists in the selling, financing and management of investment-grade properties. Patrick is a volunteer for the department at West Point for screening and interviewing candidates for the Academy. He will be coaching CYO basketball in Orange County, New York this fall.

Laura Greenspan

Director of Leasing

Laura Greenspan joined GHP in 2004 in a new position of lease administrator. Her responsibilities have included overseeing all lease abstracts, instituting a new signage program and streamlining tenant billings and collections. Emphasizing that GHP is a locally owned and managed firm which is accessible to all tenants, Ms. Greenspan has generated both new leases and renewals throughout GHP’s portfolio. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Greenspan served as production manager for major garment and home furnishings companies including Adrienne Vittadini, Ellen Tracy and Traditions by Pamela Kline. Ms. Greenspan graduated from Hamilton College, cum laude in 1983.

Robert Weeks

Leasing Associate

Robert Weeks, the newest member of GHP Office Realty’s leasing team, graduated from Oneonta State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business & Sports Management. Before joining GHP in 2006, Robert was a business development manager for Concorde Personnel, a White Plains staffing agency. Prior to that, he worked as a senior instructor and baseball/softball coach for Frozen Ropes, a nationally recognized baseball and softball training facility.

As a Leasing Associate, Robert’s responsibilities include working for the leasing department, assisting and developing strategic marketing campaigns, and procuring new tenants for GHP’s extensive office building portfolio.
