Since its inception, GHP Office Realty has acquired more than two million

square feet of office and flex space in the New York counties of Westchester, Rockland and Nassau, as well as Fairfield County, CT, and Bergen & Mercer counties in NJ. The company believes that to truly provide quality service to its tenant-base, it needs to be hands-on so that it can offer the best management, maintenance and support services to its tenants. In 2002 & 2003 GHP added 145 Huguenot Street, a 300,000-square-foot office building in New Rochelle, NY and 30 Two Bridges Road, a 100,000-square-foot office building in Fairfield, NJ. In 2004 and 2005, GHP added several major properties including: 585 Stewart Avenue, Garden City, NY, a 150,000-square-foot office building, and 79 & 95 East Putnam Avenue, two office/retail buildings in Greenwich, CT. GHP has also acquired a portfolio of 8 properties in Great Neck & Roslyn, New York totaling 240,000 square feet. Most recently, GHP has acquired through a private joint venture the entire existing Tilles Family Portfolio consisting of over 2,000,000 square feet in Nassau County, NY, making GHP’s total square feet under management in excess of 5,000,000 square feet.
